Welcome to a wonderful wet world of health, fun and fitness!

 

Aquacare Rehabilitation Services is pleased to offer a wide variety of aquatic exercise classes to suit anyone's fitness level. The following is a description of the programs offered by Aquacare. These programs are offered two to three times weekly for a period of four weeks.

"H20 Aerobics"

This high intensity program is designed to increase aerobic capacity as well as muscle tone. H2O Aerobics will help individuals improve their cardio conditioning, decrease stress, and help with weight loss.








"Trimming the Waves"

This class is geared specifically towards weight loss. It will include 30 to 40 min. of deep water training, 10 to 15 min. strenght training and 5 min. of stretching. This class allows you to continue your aquatic program after therapy.








"Aquatots"

Aquatots is a program designed to introduce the water to infants and toddlers. It introduces water safety and beginning swimming skills. Required age 3 months








"Moms in Motion"

A unique blend of exercises and obstetrics, perfect for pregnant participants and postpartum moms.
This class will help moms and mothers-to-be maintain and improve their overall fitness. Moms in Motion is a low-impact class that can accommodate all fitness levels, as well as adapt to the changing fitness level of its participants. Moms in Motion will focus on flexibility, strengthening, aerobic fitness, and stress reduction.








"Back Splash"

An aquatic program specifically geared towards people recovering from back injuries. This program utilizes the supportive environment of the water to increase the strength and stabitity of trunk muscles.








"Aquacize"

This is a low intensity program based on improving strength, endurance and flexibility. Proper stretching, cardiovascular training and relaxation are emphasized. This class is ideal for those coping with Fibromyalgia









"Better Your Bones and Joints"

This low impact class is ideal for mature adults and those suffering from arthritis or osteoporosis. It is designed to help improve strength and flexibility throughout the major joints of the body.







"Open Gym"

Our gym facility is open for those who wish to use it for any fitness purpose.







"Open Swim"

Enjoy our warm water pool at your convenience. This is an uninstructed program where the pool is available to those who wish to use it for any fitness purpose.








"Combo: Open Gym and Swim"

Our gym facility is open for those who wish to use it for any fitness purposes.

"Aquatic Personal Training"

Whether your goal is to begin a fitness program, increase your fitness level, weight loss, or stress relief, you can accomplish all of this and more while working one on one with an aquatic personal trainer.







"Private and Semi-Private Swimming Lessons"

Available for all ages.
